3 Unclaimed Winning NJ Lottery Tickets Set To Expire
TRENTON, N.J. (CBSNewYork) - You've got to be in it, to win it. But if you have a winning lottery ticket, you have to claim your prize to take home your prize.
The New Jersey Lottery says three big jackpots have gone unclaimed and will soon expire.
A $250,000 Mega Millions ticket from the Nov. 27, 2012 drawing was bought at O'hana Enterprises in Toms River.
The winning numbers were: 05, 12, 26, 42 and 49. Gold Mega Ball: 24. The winning ticket had correctly identified the 5 white balls.
A Powerball drawing from Nov. 28, 2012 had two second place, $1 million winners in New Jersey, according to lottery officials.
One ticket was bought at the Hess Express on Route 4 in Fort Lee, the other was purchased at Park Avenue Grocery in Guttenberg.
The winning numbers were: 05, 16, 22, 23 and 29. The Red Power Ball number was 6. The second prize-winning tickets had correctly identified the 5 white balls.
Anyone holding these winning tickets should immediately sign the back of the ticket and contact Lottery headquarters at 609-599-5801 or visit any Lottery retailer to validate the ticket and file their claim.
All New Jersey Lottery tickets expire one year from the date of the drawing.
