22-Year-Old Man Shot To Death In Queens
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are investigating the death of a 22-year-old man in Queens.
The victim was shot once in the face at the corner of 80th Street and Rockaway Boulevard in Ozone Park early Monday morning, police said.
The victim's friends attempted to take the man to the hospital before calling police, investigators said.
When first responders arrived at the scene around 3:45 a.m. at 89th Street, the victim, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
