2 Men Arrested For Allegedly Touching Boy, 16, In Borough Park Barber Shop
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Two men have been arrested for allegedly inappropriately touching a teen boy at a barber shop in Borough Park, Brooklyn, police announced Friday evening.
As CBS 2's Don Champion reported, the two men were arrested Thursday night.
Investigators said 32-year-old Javier Villarini and 77-year-old Carlos Quinto are accused of inappropriately touching a 16-year-old boy on Sept. 11.
Detectives said the men also forced the boy to touch them.
Villarini is also accused of showing the teen pornography, Champion reported.
Police said Quinto was arraigned Friday and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and sex abuse in the third degree. He was released on his own recognizance and is due back in court on Nov. 20.
Villarini is awaiting arraignment on the same charges, according to police.
Locals said the barber shop owner often kept to himself and that he's a nice guy, Champion reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
