Trenton's mayor and police director called for unity and for more police action.
"The short end is that we just don't know what happened. Police are piecing that together, but we really need to gather as a community," Mayor Reed Gusciora said.
"I am demanding my officers to stop riding past crime," Trenton Police Director Sheilah Coley said.
Coley says the city scaled back arrests during the height of the pandemic, but that is no longer the standard.
No one has been arrested for the murder of the two brothers.
