Cycle For Survival Returns To Battle Sarcoma
NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- The Cycle for Survival cancer fundraiser returns this weekend as people hop on bikes to ride in gyms across the world.
The fundraiser started in 2007 when founder Jennifer Goodman Linn began battling a rare type of cancer called sarcoma.
Since then, Linn has raised millions of dollars for the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and funded 13 clinical trials all the while a 50-bike group in a New York City Equinox has grown to over 900 teams worldwide.
CBS 2's Cindy Hsu sat down with the founders, David and Jennifer Goodman Linn.
