YouTube will begin livestreaming Coachella Friday afternoon at 3:55 p.m. PT with the band James. Friday's headliner, the Black Keys are scheduled for 9:45 p.m. PT. The schedule for Saturday and Sunday's headliners, Radiohead and Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg, respectively, have yet to be posted.

The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival has grown to become one of the nation's largest festivals, since it began in 1999. The festival is also known for holding reunion performances for bands like, the Pixies and Rage Against the Machine.

Coachella 2012 takes place April 13, 14, 15 and April 20, 21, 22 and features a reunion of the popular '90s band Mazzy Star.

This will be the second year that YouTube has streamed the event for free. It looks like all three stages will be covered with its own YouTube channel. The full schedule for the livestream can be found at YouTube.com/Coachella.
