WTF: Russian women try to kiss female police officers

(CBS) - Seems the kissing bandit has come in from the cold, at least in Russia, where this video catches a group of women trying to kiss female police officers.

In terms of the officers' reactions, let's just say some of them in the video are clearly not happy by the show of affection.
