Woman's body found at Fla. dry cleaners, man arrested
LAKE MARY, Fla. -- Police in suburban Orlando arrested a 26-year-old man Wednesday in the death of a woman whose body was found inside a dry cleaning business, reports CBS affiliate WKMG.
The body of Nu Dang, known as "Jenny" to her friends and family, was found inside the dry cleaning service owned by her family in Lake Mary, Fla., reported the station. The suspect, Andre Ernesto Luciano, was arrested on charges of armed robbery and first-degree murder.
Relatives who went to the store told WKMG that they had been unable to reach their sister-in-law.
An official told the station that authorities believe the suspect had taken a commuter train to the Lake Mary station and then walked to the dry cleaners, where he saw a car he wanted to steal.
Police reportedly found the victim in the bathroom at the back of the cleaners and investigators say it appeared that she was shot. However, the official cause of death has yet to be determined by the medical examiner, according to WKMG.
Luciano was repotedly then spotted driving Dang's car more than 50 miles away by Kissimmee police. After officers pulled him over, they arrested him and he was taken to the Osceola County Jail.
