(CBS) A Canadian woman accused of a 2005 attack on actor Leonardo DiCaprio has been ordered by a judge to keep away from the actor.

The BBC reports that a restraining order against Aretha Wilson, 40, prohibits her from contacting or coming within 500 yards of the "Inception" star.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Hilleri also raised Wilson's bail from $60,000 to $150,000 and set a court appearance for her on Aug. 11.

According to the BBC report, Wilson mistook DiCaprio for a former boyfriend and allegedly attacked him with a broken bottle at a Hollywood party. The actor needed dozens of stitches to his face and neck.

Wilson allegedly fled to Canada and was extradited to face charges in Los Angeles.
