Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose are engaged; see the ring

(CBS News) New celebrity engagement alert: Grammy-nominated rapper Wiz Khalifa and model Amber Rose plan to tie the knot.

Both stars took to Twitter Thursday to announce the news, engagement ring photo included.

Khalifa later tweeted, "I am so happy."

Rose added, "We Love all u Rosebuds, Rosestuds & Taylors so much! Thank u for all ur Love an Support 4 ya Muva & Fava's Engagement!!"

Rose and Khalifa, 24, started dating in early 2011. Rose, 28, previously dated Kanye West.
