Winning: Binary hand dance will keep your fingers moving!

(CBS) - Not only will you get an elementary lesson on the binary numeral system but, before you know it you'll be counting and dancing in binary.

It's more fun than you think.

YouTube user Vihart begins her video "Binary Hand Dance" by giving each of her fingers a value: 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16.

Hey, why the missing numbers? Where's three?

Well, binary numbers are represented by symbols 0 and 1.

Vihart has determined that finger 1 equals 00001 and finger 2 equals 00010. If you add 00001 and 00010 you get 00011 or three.

Sooo.....use fingers 1 and 2. (1 + 2 = 3) Voila!

Quick give me five!

You should be raising two fingers up right now. 1 and 4.
