Will Arnett files for divorce from Amy Poehler

Will Arnett and Amy Poehler are officially ending their marriage.

People reports that on April 8 Arnett, star of "The Millers" on CBS, filed divorce papers in Los Angeles Superior Court asking for joint legal and physical custody of their two young children, Archie and Abel. He's also requesting visitation rights.

Poehler, 42, and Arnett, 43, tied the knot in 2003 and separated in September 2012.

After the split Arnett was spotted out with Billy Joel's ex-wife, Katie Lee. Poehler has been romantically linked to actor/comedian Nick Kroll.

Arnett was previously married to actress Penelope Ann Miller.
