Who took home the "Project Runway" crown?

(CBS) Caribbean-inspired design triumphed on the "Project Runway" season finale Thursday night, winning the designer a $100,000 prize, a spread in Marie Claire magazine and sales space for a collection on Piperlime.com.

In a segment taped during New York Fashion Week in September, the four finalists - Anya Ayoung-Chee, Kimberly Goldson, Viktor Luna and Joshua McKinley - showed off their collections for the judges.(SPOILER ALERT)

Anya Ayoung-Chee took home the prize with a one-note collection of breezy, sexy fashions that brought to mind lazy days on tropical isles.

The 29-year-old Season 9 winner is a former Miss Universe contestant who learned to sew only a few months before joining the competition.

Judges were supermodel Heidi Klum, designer Michael Kors and fashion journalist Nina Garcia.
