Who Is Viktor Bout?

Who is the "Merchant of Death"? His name is Viktor Bout, and U.S. government officials say he is the world's most notorious arms dealer. Courted by drug lords and dictators, Bout was a threat to the U.S., officials say, because of his ability to arm terrorists targeting the United States.
