Who almost sued Justin Bieber over perfume?
(CBS) It seems as if the team behind Justin Bieber's "Someday" perfume might have been a little too inspired by designer Marc Jacobs.
The bottle for the pop star's recently launched women's fragrance, which features a glass body and a plastic, layered, flower top, is receiving flak for its close resemblance to the packaging of Jacobs' "Lola" perfume. (See both of them here and here)

Jacobs, who will be honored with a lifetime achievement award at Monday's CFDAs, said he thought about suing the Biebs over allegations that he copied his bottle design.
"We just had a conversation about it," he told Women's Wear Daily. "Coty (the fragrance company that produces "Lola") said, 'Do we sue them?' and I said, 'You know what? Let everyone else say what they want."
"I received Google [Alerts] about people saying it was derivative," Jacobs continued. "We're not going to do anything about it."
