What will the stars be eating at the Golden Globes?
A list of all the food that the stars of TV and film will be eating at the Golden Globes was unveiled on Thursday - a menu that took six months to conceptualize.
Executive chef Suki Sugiura and pastry chef Thomas Henzi of the Beverly Hilton Hotel revealed the menu for the annual award show in a kitchen filled with cameras and journalists.
Chef Suki Suigura's menu is "globally harmonized," according to the Hollywood Foreign Press Association with an appetizer of pistachio crusted pitou ravioli with wild arugula, smoked tomato, kabocha compote and burrata. The entree is a comprised of miso and sake lees marinated pacific sea bass with grilled king oyster mushroom and braised prime short rib of beef with porcini pine nut her ragout in a light cream of sherry wine ginger tamari sauce with roasted fingerling potatoes, candy striped beets, baby bok choy and yellow baby carrots.
For dessert, chef Henzi created a trio of chocolate delice almond crunch terrine and acacia honey, caramel and fresh berries.
The whole meal will take a team of 40 chefs and 110 kitchen staff members to prepare on the day of the show.
The 70th Golden Globes, hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, airs Jan. 13 at 8 p.m. on NBC.
