What are the chances of a large outbreak of Zika virus in the United States?
CBS News spoke with Dr. Thomas Frieden, who runs the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to hear the answer to that question.
"We have two things going for us. First, the mosquitoes are not present at all in most of the country and they're present in much lower numbers where they are present," he said.
