In the case of Weiner vs. Weiner, a lot is in the name.

The photo texting scandal surrounding Rep. Anthony Weiner is making waves in Tennessee, where Sheri Weiner is running for a seat on the Metropolitan Council of Nashville and Davidson County.

The hearing and speech therapist says the scandal is taking a toll on her campaign, which has had 15 signs stolen and one destroyed.

"I've gotten very used to saying no relation," Sheri Weiner told WZTV.
