Wed. preview: Donnie Wahlberg on "CTM"

(CBS News) Donnie Wahlberg, star of CBS' crime drama "Blue Bloods," will make an appearance on "CBS This Morning" Wednesday.

Wahlberg is perhaps best known as a member of the teen pop sensation New Kids on the Block. He recently completed a world tour with the group over the summer.

These days, though, he is playing Detective Danny Reagan on "Blue Bloods," now in its third season. The show tells the sweeping story of a multigenerational family of New York City police officers. "Blue Bloods" airs on Friday nights at 10 p.m. ET.
