NEW YORK --Love can be complicated, even at 5.

The mother of a "precocious" little girl named Quinn, who regularly posts videos of her daughter online, caught her on camera Wednesday, fretting over a romantic dilemma on her way home from preschool.

It's already gotten over 15,000 views on Facebook, according to People magazine.

The problem, the girl explains from her car seat with ashes on her forehead because it was recorded on Ash Wednesday, is a familiar conundrum. A nice guy likes her, but she's just not that into him.

"He's sweet and romantic but I think I'm too young to have a boyfriend," she says. "But it's like he looks so happy and it's just --I don't want to break his heart," she says, becoming forlorn and repeating the phrase. "He looks so happy."

Her mother Sloan Heffernan told People that while she's already kissed him on the playground, things got complicated when another boy began pursuing her.

From off camera, the girl's mother asks, "How do you feel about him?"

"I feel different," the girl confesses.

When her mom asks what she's going to do, Quinn arrives at the inevitable conclusion -- that all in love is fair.

"It's the only thing I can do, I guess. I'll just tell him it's time to break up," she says, gazing downward and bringing her hand to her face in a thoughtful, solemn pose.

So how did she break the news?

"I should have told you this a long time ago ..." she apparently told the boy.
