Vatican TV: Find out who brought papal conclave to life via broadcast

(CBS News) Since the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI, the world has watched nearly everything unfolding inside Vatican City, thanks to Vatican TV. It's the church's state-run television station that has brought the stunning images of St. Peter's Basilica to the sweeping, colorful images of the Sistine Chapel.

But, as CBS News' Allen Pizzey revealed, the entire operation was put on air by the station's 22 full-time employees, overseen by a single priest, Rev. Dario Vigano.
