DEARBORN, Mich. -- Two people were jailed in the alleged kidnapping of a 22-year-old woman who escaped from the trunk of a moving vehicle, according to CBS Detroit.
According to the station, Patricia Jernigan, 23, and Terrell Smith, 31, were charged in 19th district court in Dearborn, Mich., with four counts of torture, kidnapping, criminal sexual conduct and armed robbery.
