T.R. Knight weds longtime boyfriend

T.R. Knight married his boyfriend of three years, Patrick, on Friday, People confirms.

The guest list for the ceremony, which took place in upstate New York, included the former star of "Grey's Anatomy" real-life BFF (and former on-screen best buds) Katherine Heigl, as well as former "Grey's" co-star Kate Walsh.

Heigl posted photos on Twitter from the wedding, including snapshots of her goofing around with her husband, singer Josh Kelley, and Walsh.

Knight, 40, left "Grey's Anatomy" in 2009, and is currently starring in the off-Broadway production of "Romeo & Juliet" with William Hurt and Elizabeth Olsen.
