Daniel Radcliffe, Chris Rock, Robin Williams, David Hyde Pierce, Marg Helgenberger and James Earl Jones will also be among the attendees at the ceremony, according to a press release.
Along with his emcee duties, Harris will be taking the Tony stage as a performer. The ceremony will reunite the all-star cast of the New York Philharmonic's April 2011 limited run of "Company" for a live performance, featuring Stephen Colbert, Christina Hendricks, Jon Cryer, Harris, Patti LuPone, Martha Plimpton and Anika Noni Rose.

The evening will also include performances from the Tony-nominated musicals "Anything Goes," "Catch Me If You Can," "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying," "Sister Act," "The Scottsboro Boys" and "The Book of Mormon," which earned 14 nominations overall.
The cast of "Spiderman: Turn Off the Dark" will take the stage, though the troubled production did not earn any nominations. Casts from "Priscilla Queen of the Desert," John Leguizamo's "Ghetto Klown" and last year's Best Musical winner, "Memphis," are also set to appear during the ceremony.
The Tony Awards will be broadcast live on CBS from New York's Beacon Theater on Sunday, June 12, at 8 p.m. EDT.
