"The Princess Bride" cast reunites for film's 25th anniversary

A "The Princess Bride" reunion? As you wish!

The stars of the beloved classic reunited on Tuesday at the New York Film Festival for a special screening of the film marking its 25th anniversary.

Robin Wright (Buttercup) stepped out for the event, along with Cary Elwes (Westley), Mandy Patinkin (Inigo Montoya), Chris Sarandon (Prince Humperdinck), Wallace Shawn (Vizzini), Carol Kane (Valerie) and Billy Crystal (Miracle Max).

"The Princess Bride" opened in theaters on Sept. 25, 1987, and went on to become a cult classic. The film's memorable quotes include Patinkin's line, "My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die," Shawn's "Inconceivable!" and Elwes' "As you wish."
