Hello, tech support.

Hello. I think I have some kind of emergency here with the computer.

How long have you owned it?

I just got it last week.

Did it just stop working?

No, it looks like its working okay, but when I turn it on there's a message that has me pretty worried.

What kind of message?

Well, it goes by pretty fast, but it looks like it says 512 pipelines have burst. It doesn't sound like something I'd want to mess with.
