Meet Kermit's new girlfriend, Denise
It hasn't even been a month since Kermit and Miss Piggy announced their breakup, but it looks like it is pretty easy being green: Kermit has already moved on.
"Piggy and I have gone our separate ways romantically," he said in August. "It can be tough to work with your ex. It can be tough to be the executive producer on your ex's late-night TV show, especially when your ex is a pig. I don't know whether any of you have ever dated pigs."
But Kermit clearly has a type, because his new girlfriend is another attractive pig -- but this time, she's not a blonde.
Kermit's new flame is Denise, a marketing executive at ABC. The redheaded, naturally made-up swine seems a toned down compared to flashy Miss Piggy.
Don't feel too bad for Miss Piggy, though -- she's taking the news in stride.
On Tuesday night, William Shatner asked if Miss Piggy was available on Twitter, and the Muppet responded that she was "very much available."
Shatner shouldn't get his hopes too high, though -- executive producer Bill Prady warned him that the pig is "playing the field."
We already knew that though, when we saw Miss Piggy cozying up to Liam Hemsworth. Kermit who? We'll have to catch all the drama on "The Muppets" on Sept. 22.
