"The Fault in Our Stars": Watch the first trailer

You might want to grab some tissues before watching the first trailer for "The Fault in Our Stars," which arrived online Wednesday.

The film, based on John Green's bestselling novel of the same name, stars Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort as Hazel Lancaster and Augustus Waters, who fall in love after meeting at a support group for teens with cancer. There's talk of fears, oblivion, love -- and even a kiss that fans of the book will recognize. 

"The Fault in Our Stars" arrives in theaters on June 6, at which point you’ll probably need those tissues again. In the meantime, watch the trailer below.
