It's week two of "The Erica Hill Experiment," and the "Early Show" co-anchor is learning the ropes toward a healthier life -- but the climb isn't easy! It takes a lot of time, sweat and dedication.
"It's an effort I've taken on to see -- whether following the experts' advice of the things we need to do each day for a happier and healthier life is really possible," Hill says. "Let's face it - there's a lot of advice out there - from the proper diet to the right amount of exercise.

"Two weeks ago, I began an experiment to see if one working mom could really follow all the recommended daily doses for healthy living - from conquering the food pyramid, to getting 30 minutes of exercise, to sleeping eight hours a night.
