All eyes have been focused on the debt ceiling debate this week, but that doesn't mean there hasn't been action in the battle for the Republican presidential nomination.

It wasn't a great week for the frontrunners: Mitt Romney saw the emergence of an unreleased ad spotlighting a bailout that could come back to haunt him, Michele Bachmann got bogged down in divisive social issues, and Sarah Palin's insistence that she can win a national electiondid little to put her back in the spotlight - or, if early reports are any indication, boost a new documentary celebrating Palin's career.
