THE Dish: Chef David Bouley's ultimate New Year's celebration
(CBS News) Chef David Bouley is an award-winning chef -- "Best Chef" and "Best Restaurant" from the James Beard Foundation -- whose New York City restaurant, Bouley has been a diner's favorite for decades.
His latest restaurant, Brushstroke opened last year, and is a joint venture with Japan's top culinary school. It offers a modern interpretation of Kaiseki-style cooking and is based on menus that use fresh ingredients and change seasonally.
