Teen Choice stars have fun with red carpet fashion
(CBS News) Fashion at the Teen Choice Awards was anything but conservative with Hollywood's young starlets having some fun with color and sparkle on the appropriately-colored pink carpet.

Bright colors stole the show at the annual teen-voted awards show. Selena Gomez kept her dress simple but spiced it up choosing a hot pink dress from DSquared2's resort 2013 collection.
Lucy Hale took note of the trend as well wearing a simple, yet bright orange dress by Wes Gordon. The "Pretty Little Liars" star, whose show won Choice TV Show, paired her dress with shoes by Brian Atwood.
The other trend of the night was sparkles. "iCarly" star Miranda Cosgrove, who took home this year's "Inspire" award for her work with young people in education, wore a silver shimmery dress by Colette Dinigan and kept her shoes simple wearing black satin pumps from Stella McCartney.
Hayden Panettiere combined color and shimmer with her red carpet dress. The actress wore a beaded purple dress by Zuhair Murad that shined in the light.
