Taylor Swift kicks off European tour in Brussels

(CBS) Taylor Swift started her European tour Sunday in Brussels, Belgium, with a 90-minute set. Swift's tour has already taken her through Asia where she ended that part of the journey with a show in Hong Kong.

Swift plays Rotterdam, Holland, Monday. The American leg of Swift's tour open on May 27 in Omaha, Neb. The opening acts for the American leg include "American Idol" alumnus Danny Gokey, Hunter Hays and Josh Kelley.

The 21-year-old has developed into a sales powerhouse. Her latest album, "Speak Now," has gone platinum three times and several of her singles have reached no. 1 on iTunes.
