"Taylor Swift Is With Satan": Man holding that sign at pop star's concert got arrested, report says
(CBS) PITTSBURGH - Taylor Swift's concert at Pittsburgh's Heinz Field Saturday was without incident for most of the 57,000 fans in attendance.
But not for one man, who police say had threatened the pop star on Facebook, and then brought posters to the show including one that read, "Taylor Swift Is With Satan."
Joseph Jackson was arrested at his seat, CBS Pittsburgh reported.
According to the station, police say Jackson, 28, of Clarksburg, Pa., became particularly agitated when asked about making Facebook threats toward Taylor Swift.Police records reportedly show Jackson told arresting officers, "Taylor Swift is Satan and that 6,000 years is six days and death comes on the sixth day, so Taylor Swift is in danger."
Detectives confiscated the posters Jackson had with him - one read "I luv you" - and found he had no weapons on him. Then they handcuffed him and took him to jail, where he was to face a mental evaluation.
Sources told CBS Pittsburgh Swift's security team is very pro-active regarding any sort of threat against her and that they passed information to police who later made the arrest.
