Taylor Swift bought her own porn domain names

Taylor Swift has reportedly made a shrewd business move, buying up X-rated Web domain addresses associated with her name before anyone else can do the same.

The "Blank Space" singer purchased TaylorSwift.porn and TaylorSwift.adult, according to CNNMoney, getting one step ahead of those potential ex/Starbucks lovers, haters and anyone else who might use those addresses for more nefarious purposes.

The .porn and .adult domain names will be available for anyone to purchase starting June 1, but the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers is allowing a select group of public figures and companies to get first dibs ahead of the general public.

Swift isn't the only one trying to protect her brand online. Stuart Lawley, CEO of ICM Registry, which operates the .porn and .adult top-level domains, told CNNMoney that Microsoft has already registered Office.porn and Office.adult, too.
