The 40-year-old model and actress, who is going through an acrimonious and protracted divorce from businessman Peter Brant, has to undergo routine tests as a part of her divorce. She missed one court-ordered testing in March because she was vacationing in St. Barts with two of her children, according to published reports.

According to the New York Post, Seymour didn't see e-mails from her lawyer Tom Colin - who has since been fired - while she was away.

The Stamford Advocate reports that the day-long hearing concerned a series of child custody issues, including the amount of time it took for Seymour to hire a nanny. The couple was married in 1995 and began divorce proceedings in March of 2009. The newspaper says Brant, who lives on a 200-acre farm in Greenwich, earned $1.5 million in 2009.
