State wants death penalty against Michael Bargo for Seath Tyler Jackson murder
(CBS) - Prosecutors in Florida announced that they are seeking the death penalty for one of the five suspects accused in the brutal April 13 murder of 15-year-old Seath Tyler Jackson.

The five are accused of luring Seath to a house in Summerfield, about 60 miles north of Orlando, then beating and shooting the boy and burning the remains in an attempt to cover it up.
Those indicted were: Michael Bargo, 18; Justin Soto, 20; Charlie Kay Ely, 18; Amber E. Wright, 15; Kyle Hooper, 16.
According to the Ocala Star-Banner, prosecutors announced Wednesday that they will seek the death penalty against Bargo, who is alleged to have been the mastermind of the murder plot.
Bargo was indicted for premeditated first-degree murder with a firearm. The rest were indicted for first-degree premeditated murder.
The newspaper reports that Hooper and Wright were indicted as adults.
James Havens III, 37, has pleaded not guilty to being an accessory after the fact to first-degree murder.
