Stars react to Grammy Awards 2016 nominations
Nominees for the 2016 Grammy Awards were announced on Monday morning, and after 15-time Grammy Winner Alicia Keys kicked off the announcement on "CBS This Morning," social media users buzzed about surprises and snubs.
Some of the people were the musicians themselves, tweeting their gratitude and excitement to be nominees. Though some Grammy veterans did not acknowledge the news and tweeted about other parts of their day instead, it was the nominees for Best New Artist who seemed the most excited by the honors.
Still, Grammy vets like Mark Ronson and Kelly Clarkson still tweeted their excitement. Wiz Khalifa said he wanted to celebrate with a smoke. Charlie Puth said he was crying after learning of the nominatio.
