Star Wars Blu-ray launch honors cancer cause
(CBS) - Good things can come out of product launches.
To celebrate the release of "Star Wars: The Complete Saga," Lucasfilm aligned with Stand Up To Cancer to boost awareness of their mission. The partners are selling Star Wars-themed T-shirts to raise cash for the cause.
Celebrities Emma Stone, Seth Rogen, Andy Samberg, Samuel L. Jackson, Aziz Ansari, Zach Galifianakis, Bill Hader, Ed Helms, Ken Jeong, and Jaime King have banded together to create a hilarious Star Wars fan video to promote the campaign.
Stand Up To Cancer's mission is to deliver new treatments to patients faster. "Star Wars: The Complete Saga" is available now on Blu-ray.
