The Playboy model is reportedly threatening to sue the former "The Hills" star if he releases a sex tape featuring her and boyfriend Sam Jones III, according to published reports.

TMZ.com reported that Shannon's lawyer reportedly sent a letter to the former reality star accusing him of stealing the tape of "private materials" from the 20-year-old model's home and asking for its return.

"Would love to give Karissa Shannon her sex tape back, but it's currently serving as the keystone of my awesome sex tape fort," Pratt tweeted on Monday afternoon.

Before that, he wrote on Twitter, "Maybe if I threaten to release a solo sex tape, humanity will pay me $5million not to."

In his letter to Pratt which appears on the gossip website, Shannon's attorney also asked the former reality star to reveal the names of the people who have seen or are in possession of the tapes and to sign a letter stating he will not attempt to "publish, distribute, sell, license or otherwise exploit the footage."

In August, TMZ.com reported that Pratt was getting ready to sell a "library" of sex tapes featuring his estranged wife Heidi Montag to adult video distributor Vivid Entertainment. The films are said to include footage of Montag and Shannon having sex - footage that Shannon confirmed existed to the gossip website - as well as video of "The Hills" starlet pre-surgery.
