Sony Pictures may be in more hot water over "The Interview."

The management agency for South Korean pop singer Yoon Mi-rae says it will sue the studio for using one of her songs in the film without permission.

Feel Ghood Music told Yonhap News Agency it only learned that part of Yoon's song "Pay Day" was used in "The Interview" after the film was released.

"We initially received an offer to insert the song, but discussions were on hiatus on some points. Sony Pictures Entertainment used the music without due procedure or contract," it said.

The agency claims a verse from the song can be heard in the scene in which North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un (Randall Park) is seen partying and drinking with James Franco's character, TV host Dave Skylark.

Since it was released online Wednesday, the film has raked in more than $15 million online as of Saturday. The film is available to rent or buy on iTunes, Google Play, YouTube Movies, Microsoft's Xbox Video and the dedicated Seetheinterview.com. "The Interview" also opened in more than 300 theaters on Christmas Day, which earned it an estimated $2.8 million over the four-day holiday weekend.
