Appearing with son Lorenzo, the MTV reality star told fans that her fiance, Jionni LaValle, already knew what they were expecting and put balloons in a bin so she could find out the big news, too.

When she opened the bin, pink balloons came flying out.

"Oh my goodness, we're having a girl!" she said, turning to her little boy. "Lorenzo, you're gonna have a baby sister!"

"I don't know how I feel about it. I'm terrified," Polizzi, 26, admitted. "But we're really, really excited."

She and LaValle announced in April that they're expecting baby No. 2.
