"Sharknado 3" to touch down on the "Feast Coast"
Another Sharknado is getting ready to touch down, and this time, it will plow through multiple cities.
Syfy revealed on the the official "Sharknado" Twitter page that "Sharknado 3" will ravage "the Feast Coast," plowing through Washington, D.C. through Florida.
It's unclear as of now which stars -- if any -- will reprise their roles for the third installment.
Syfy confirmed earlier this year that a third installment would happen -- even before "Sharnkado 2: The Second One" aired.
Ian Ziering and Tara Reid returned for "Sharknado 2," which featured cameos from Kelly Osbourne, Matt Lauer, Vivica A. Fox, Mark McGrath, Judah Friedlander, Andy Dick, Kelly Osbourne, Judd Hirsch and Billy Ray Cyrus.
The first one took place in Los Angeles, and the follow-up was set in New York.
The made-for-TV movie is a big hit for Syfy. Ziering told CBS News back in June, "I was talking to Dave Howe, president of Syfy, and he was like, 'This could be a summer event for us. This could be 4, 5, 6 movies.' -- I'm just enjoying what's happening right now. It's really just amazing."
