Seven killed, 29 injured in Chicago weekend shootings
CHICAGO - Seven people are dead and at least 29 more are wounded in Chicago after another weekend of violent shootings, reports CBS Chicago.
Police found 26-year-old Kardeon Glover with a gunshot wound to the head on a city sidewalk early Sunday morning, according to the station. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. A source told CBS Chicago that Glover had gang affiliations.

On Saturday night, 16-year-old Jason Seballos was fatally shot in the back and cheek, according to the station. Seballos was one of three people sitting in a vehicle in the city's Logan Square neighborhood when an unknown assailant walked up and opened fire on them. Damian Rodriguez, 21, was also in the car and was shot in the head. Both Seballos and Rodriguez were pronounced dead at Illinois Masonic Hospital. The third person in the car was also wounded.
Just before 1 a.m. Saturday morning, 16-year-old Shaquise Buckner was fatally shot and a 20-year-old man was wounded on Chicago's South Side. CBS Chicago reports authorities pronounced Buckner dead at the scene. The man is in stable condition at Christ Medical Center.
Walter Neely, 25, was by police after being shot in the abdomen by an unknown gunman, according to the station. He was later pronounced dead at Northwestern Memorial Hospital at 11:55 p.m. Friday.
Police said two people were killed - and a third wounded - around 9:55 p.m. Sunday evening in a "domestic-related" incident.
The station reports all of the shootings took place after 6:30 p.m. Friday. No arrests have been announced at this time.
