Search for missing Oxnard, Calif. teen, Samantha Torres

(CBS) OXNARD, Calif. - Police in Southern California are searching for missing 13-year-old Samantha Torres, an 8th grader who was last seen at around 7 p.m. on May 4, according to the CBS Los Angeles. 

The station said Torres was last seen leaving a relative's apartment in Oxnard, a city about 55 miles northwest of Los Angeles.

CBS Los Angeles described the teen as about 5'7'' tall with brown eyes and long auburn hair.
