Sean Hayes is engaged to Scott Icenogle

Congratulations are in order for Sean Hayes -- he's engaged to his longtime partner, composer and music producer Scott Icenogle.

The Emmy-winning actor, known for playing Jack McFarlane on "Will & Grace" and his current role on CBS' "The Millers," set off speculation after sporting a band on his left ring finger during an appearance Monday on "The Talk."

"Sean Hayes and Scott Icenogle have been together for eight years. They are not yet married but they have been engaged for quite some time," Hayes' rep said in a statement to RumorFix.com.

Hayes, 44, came out in 2010 in an interview with "The Advocate." His other acting credits include "Up All Night," "Smash" and the short-lived sitcom "Sean Saves the World."
