Ryan Reynolds puts baby name rumor to bed

The name of Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively's baby girl is still being kept under wraps, but here's one thing we do know -- she's not named Violet.

Reynolds set the record straight about the rumored moniker during an interview promoting his new film, "The Voices."

"No that's not the name," he told USA Today. "I don't want to get into that but I don't know where that came from."

What Reynolds would talk about, though, was how little sleep he's getting as a new dad.

"It's still so new that it's hard to conceive being away for more than seven hours at a time," he revealed. "I had to go to Sundance this last week. I was more excited to get a good night's sleep. It was borderline pornographic for me."

He added, "I don't sleep very much. It's great. It's wonderful. But my brain is elsewhere."

Reynolds and Lively welcomed the baby girl in December. She's the first child for the couple, who married in 2012.
