Reba McEntire to perform at CMT Awards after 10-year absence
Reba McEntire will make a return to the CMT Awards stage after a 10-year absence.
The country star, 60, who released "Love Somebody" her first new album in five years this April, will perform at Wednesday's awards show at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. Darius Rucker also has been added to the lineup of performers; he will sing outdoors.
Other performers at the 2015 CMT Awards will include Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Florida Georgia Line, Luke Bryan, Keith Urban and Sam Hunt. Lady Antebellum will hit the stage, too, with DJ-producer Zedd for a country-EDM mashup.
Underwood is the leader with five nominations, and is up against Kenny Chesney and Lady Antebellum in the best video category. Presenters include Arnold Schwarzenegger, Billy Ray Cyrus, Cole Swindell, David Spade and Hunter Hayes.
Erin Andrews and Brittany Snow will host the show, which will air live at 8 p.m. ET.
