Prince Harry's Royal Screensaver

You can tell a lot about a royal by looking at screensaver on his or her laptop.

Prince Harry's new screensaver shows camaraderie with his older brother, Prince William, as well as thumbs up for London-based artist Nicky Philipps, who recently captured the two in their first oil painting together.

CBSNews.com's London-based entertainment contributor Neil Sean revealed the secret of Prince Harry's screensaver, which he called "a ringing endorsement" for Philipps.

Plugs aside, the portrait really brings the princes' real characters to life.

"I firmly believe that when you look back at this, say, in a hundred years time, when you're looking at the history of the older royals, you'll see that portrait and think 'Yes, she (Phlipps) really captured the essence of what they were about,' and I think it's interesting to see Prince William on the cusp, at some point going to be king," Sean said.

According to Sean, both princes were very much involved in the selection of Phillipps, who developed a "great rapport" with them.

"Harry's very cheeky, to anybody really," Sean added. "Prince William is a little bit more reserved, a little bit shy, like Princess Diana at first, but once you get to know him he's got a wicked sense of humor, too. I think Nicky would endorse the fact that that's what she got out of them in the portrait."

Having the opportunity to create this caliber of paintings was a thrill, as well as a career-boost, for Philipps. She said being up close and personal with them was really revealing.

"I think they've both got the charm of both their parents, not that I met either of them. Diana had an easy way; Charles has a great sense of humor, they have all of that," she explained. "They are very charismatic, actually. There was a lot of laughing and a lot of banter and it pretty much stayed like that," Phillipps said.

"It really captures the love for each other, and the relaxed atmosphere of them both, kind of like prior to doing a big event, and the way they're dressed, it's everything that they could have wanted, and more," Sean added.

Philipps didn't allow the formality of the situation to overtake her creativity. She managed to exude a colorful balance between the realities of royal life and young men who have free spirits.

"I didn't really want it to drown the painting, the formality of it, and everybody knows who they are anyway, so just by giving him the height, which really was the way he was and having it set at Clarence House. I wanted to show the public a little bit about the sort of place where they live, but at the same time I wanted it to be relaxed," Philipps said.
