Prada releases a behind-the-scenes look at Michael Pitt's ad campagin

(CBS News) Michael Pitt became the face of Miuccia Prada's spring/summer 2012 menswear campaign earlier this year. Now the iconic brand has posted a behind-the-scenes video from the campaign.

In the ad campaign, shot by David Sims, Pitt models as a '50s Hollywood icon. In the released footage the former "Boardwalk Empire" star is shown posing for the camera and strumming the guitar.

"Contemporary men work when they play and play when they work. The boundaries are no longer clear -- as the campaign's simple props and gestures emphasize," said the brand in a statement about the campaign, reports Fashionista.
